Cranberry Viniagrette

Ingredients:


2 cups cranberries, fresh or frozen

1 cup apple cider vinegar

1 1/2 cup sugar

1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

1 tablespoons salt

1 dash fresh ground pepper

2 cloves garlic, minced

3 cups vegetable oil
 

Preparation / Directions:


Place cranberries in blender with cider vinegar and puree. (Use a blender container large enough to hold all ingredients). Add remaining ingredients, Mix well. Keep refrigerated, stir or shake well before using. ***Serve over tossed green salads ***Marinate chicken breasts, pork tenderloins or chops,1 to 4 hours, grill.
